Terms and conditions

1. About the service

Chattassistent.se (the "Service") is provided by OQPO Group AB, company no. 559340-1986 ("we", "us"). The Service consists of an AI-powered chat assistant tailored to the customer's website, products and services.

2. What the service includes

All plans include:

• An AI chat assistant tailored to the customer's products and services
• Installation and integration on the customer's website
• Training of the AI on the customer's content
• Availability around the clock (24/7)
• Support and ongoing follow-up

Specific features and limits vary depending on the plan chosen (Start, Pro or Enterprise).

3. Pricing and payment

• Startavgift: 4,995 kr (one-off payment) – applies to all plans. Any campaign discount on the setup fee is shown at the time of order.
• Monthly fee: According to the plan chosen (Start: 990 kr/mo, Pro: 2,490 kr/mo, Enterprise: 4,990 kr/mo).
• SMS add-on: 990 kr/mo inkl. 200 SMS/mån, därefter 0,95 kr/SMS.
• SMS Pro add-on: 1,990 kr/mo including 1,000 SMS/mo, then 0.79 kr per SMS.
• AI receptionist add-on: from 3,990 kr/mo including 300 call minutes and 100 SMS/mo, then 4.90 kr per minute and 0.95 kr per SMS.
• Call charging: call traffic is charged per started minute.
• SMS charging: SMS is charged per segment of 160 characters (plain text). Messages that are longer, or that contain a link, emoji or special characters, are split into several segments and charged as that many SMS. The customer's incoming replies in two-way SMS are not charged.
• Included minutes and SMS apply per calendar month and do not carry over to the following month. Traffic beyond what is included is invoiced monthly in arrears.
• All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated.
• The setup fee is invoiced at the start of the agreement. The monthly fee is invoiced monthly in advance.
• Payment terms: 15 days net.

4. No lock-in period

• No lock-in on any plans.
• Cancellation is made in accordance with section 5 below.
• The setup fee is a one-off charge and is not refunded.

5. Term and cancellation

• The agreement runs until further notice with no lock-in period.
• The notice period is 1 month.
• Cancellation is made in writing by email to [email protected].
• On cancellation the chat assistant is deactivated at the end of the notice period.
• The setup fee is not refunded on cancellation.

6. The customer's responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about its products and services for training the AI.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the content the AI is trained on does not breach the law or third-party rights.
• The customer shall enable integration by giving access to its website for installation.

7. Our responsibilities

• We are responsible for the Service functioning as described and for the AI being trained on the customer's content.
• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
• Our liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the Service during the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including software, design and trade marks, belong to OQPO Group AB. The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the Service for the term of the agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes are notified to the customer by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall in the first instance be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be settled by a general court in Sweden.
