No — Tidio's channels are web chat, email, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram (Aug 2026). SMS and telephony aren't in the product. Chattassistent has SMS and an AI receptionist live.
Lyro supports Swedish as one of 12 official answer languages, but the chat widget's interface has no pre-built Swedish translation (it has to be added manually) and support is in English. Chattassistent is built for Swedish from the ground up.
